IEC 61386-21:2021 Clause 10.4.102 and Figure 103 Bending Apparatus for non-Metallic and Composite Conduits

The hard casing bending test machine (bending apparatus for non-metallic and composite conduits) is designed in accordance with IEC 61386-21:2021 Clause 10.4.102 and Figure 103 and is suitable for testing the bending performance of non-metallic and composite conduits such as insulating electrical conduits. Before testing, a special bending aid is placed inside the sample. The sample is fixed by the cooperation of the forming mould and clamps. The bending mechanism of the equipment forces the sample to bend at a specified angle. After the test, the appearance of the sample is observed to check for visible cracks, and the ability of the corresponding gauge to pass smoothly through the conduit under its own weight is verified. This assesses the structural integrity and withstand capability of the conduit under bending conditions. The equipment operates according to regulations, and the bending process is stable and controllable, providing objective evidence for the quality inspection of related conduit products.
