Charger Aging Test Rack (Constant Temperature)

Specification:
• Support QC3.0/PD3.0/PPS/AFC/FCP/SCP/QC4, etc isolation and fast charging protocol; (Note: not for car charger aging test)
• Input: 2~100V, 0.1~5A/CH,65W/CH, Load total 8CH/520W;
• Load channel is non-isolated, CC/CV 2 working modes, and support CC mode in parallel connection;
• Equipped with input ON/OFF (switch) timing control function;
• It can automatically generate Excel files;
• One aging rack can aging total 240pcs channels which single group output at below 65W/5A;
• One aging rack can aging total 120pcs channels which double group output at below 65W/5A;
• Aging rack dimension: L2050*W900*H1950MM;
• Each aging rack is controlled independently; color: new industrial design, aging rack have included 6 layers, each layer height: 170mm; product area depth 360mm; the layer plate is made to can flip structure.
• Connection method: AC input terminal is a multi-use socket (installed on the surface of the plate, installed in two rows), DC output port is 5.5*2.5DC female socket + 5.5*2.1DC female socket + dual parallel USB+TYPE- C interface, the adapter board is installed on the middle partition;
• Temperature control range: internal temperature to 55 ± 5℃, double-layer hollow folding glass door;

Control System：
• Industrial control computer (Included standard industrial design cabinet, HP industrial main computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse);
• Control cabinet dimension: L900*W900*H1950MM;
• Equipped transformer 30KVA, three groups voltage automatic switching, AC110V/220V;
• One electric control cabinet can control 2 sets aging rack;
