  • The SQ-* Series Sulfur Dioxide Test Chamber is a testing device specially developed for simulating industrial corrosive environments. Its core function is to accurately control the concentration of sulfur dioxide (SO₂) gas and temperature to simulate sulfur dioxide corrosion environments in industrial atmospheres. This accelerates the evaluation of sulfidation corrosion resistance of metal materials, coatings, platings, and complete products, enabling rapid identification of material protection defects or product structural design vulnerabilities. It provides a scientific basis for verifying the corrosion resistance of industrial equipment, building materials, and hardware products.

    The SQ-* Series Sulfur Dioxide Test Chamber features a studio made of imported corrosion-resistant PP sheets with integral molding (no welding seams, preventing gas leakage and cabinet corrosion). It utilizes U-shaped titanium alloy high-speed heating electric tubes, combined with a high-precision gas concentration control system and temperature coordinated control module. Additionally, it is equipped with intelligent functions such as automatic gas replenishment, real-time monitoring of gas concentration, and test time timing.

    • Temperature Uniformity: ≤ ±2℃ (Indicates the maximum temperature difference between different positions within the test chamber’s working space under stable operating conditions)
    • Temperature Fluctuation: ≤ ±1℃ / ±0.5℃ (Refers to the maximum deviation of the actual temperature in the test chamber from the set temperature during the test, with two optional precision specifications)
    • Test Duration: 0~999 H (Hours), M (Minutes), S (Seconds) adjustable; cyclic spraying available (Supports setting of continuous or intermittent cyclic spraying modes according to test requirements)
    • Sulfur Dioxide (SO₂) Concentration: 25 pphm (parts per hundred million) or 0.1% ~ 1% (volume percentage), both adjustable (Two concentration ranges optional to meet different standard requirements for sulfur dioxide corrosion testing)
